We'll quote you properly once we've seen the house. Bigger properties, longer trips and anything out of the ordinary can move the price either way.

Anyone can promise to keep an eye on the place. We make sure it feels like you never left.
Every visit is written down
We work through the checklist and note what we found, item by item, with the date and time. The report and the photos come to you by email. If something's wrong you'll hear from us before the report, not in it.
We're the first call for police, fire and alarms
Put us down as your keyholder and we'll go out when the alarm trips. Standard visit fees apply.
Your keys and codes stay locked up
Alarm instructions, garage codes, shutoff locations and contractor numbers go in your client file. Keys are stored with nothing on them that says whose house they open, and only the people doing your visits can get at any of it.
