Prices are per visit, plus HST.
Additional time is $30/hour if we're waiting on a contractor, cleaner, or other tasks.
Outside
- Walk the property — windows, doors, sheds, fences, gates, roof
- Check for weather damage or drainage problems
- Clear flyers and papers, bring in the mail
- Check for pests
Inside
- Check doors and windows for damage and security
- Furnace, A/C, water heater and appliances still running
- Interior climate reporting
- Check for pests and unnatural smells
- Check basement for water
- Check garage
- Start the car to keep the battery charged
Snow removal of the driveway, front door, sidewalk and exterior vents must be maintained by your own service provider.
Booked on top of a regular visit, charged separately.
Do you have contractors you'd like us to use in case of a need for repairs? If so, please provide the company name and phone number for each.
We get your codes and keys from you on our walkthrough.
A family member, neighbour or friend we can call if we can't reach you. Please provide their full name(s) and phone number(s).
In case of an emergency such as a break-in or fire, we will call 911, then you.
